This privacy policy applies to information submitted through the WellBeyond website. When you submit our contact form, you authorize WellBeyond to contact you in response to your inquiry.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide in the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company, and message. We also record your consent to be contacted. The form stores limited technical details needed to operate and understand the submission, including your browser's user-agent information and whether you used the page form or contact dialog.
How we use your information
WellBeyond uses this information internally to respond to your contact request and manage our relationship with you in connection with that inquiry. We do not use contact-form information for advertising, ad targeting, or unrelated marketing.
Where information is handled
Contact submissions are stored in Supabase and are available only to authorized WellBeyond personnel. A contact may be added to WellBeyond's internal Frappe system for follow-up. Microsoft Entra is used to authenticate staff who access the internal contact workflow.
These service providers process information as needed to operate the form, storage, authentication, and internal follow-up workflow. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We retain contact information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to and manage your inquiry, and to meet applicable legal or business obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect contact information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your contact information
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the contact details you submitted by emailing info@wellbeyond.ai. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
